Question: Can a low-cost airline achieve 5 Star status, or is that reserved for full service airlines ?
Answer: 5 Star status is achievable by low-cost and full service airlines. We apply different ranking evaluation for each type of airline. A 5 Star ranking indicates a low-cost or full service airline is achieving a level of customer service excellence within their respective type of markets.
